COVID-19 Measurements

As an event still happening through a pandemic, we want to make sure we can keep our guests safe.

It is hard to predict how the situation with infections will be in September, however we will oblige with whichever government measurements are in place at that time.

To enter the conference you will be required to show proof of COVID-19 vaccination or a same-day negative COVID-19 test.

Unless the law requires it, we won’t be enforcing the use of face masks on indoor spaces.

While our main stage and workshops happen indoors, attendees are able to enjoy the conference fully outdoors if they choose, as there is content running in our outdoor stage from 10:30 until 19:00 and food and drinks are available there too.

We will also equip the workshop rooms with ventilators with HEPA filters to improve air quality.

If you aren’t comfortable attending such an event, we would discourage you to apply for a ticket. But if you do and change your mind, you will be able to return the ticket and get a full refund up to 2 weeks before the event.
