Who can buy in-person tickets?
Due to our limited capacity, the in-person event is reserved for UX & Product Designers in senior positions or above. Read below to learn more about the application process.
Tickets for the online edition can be purchased without an invitation.
Who can buy tickets
We worked hard to make a program that is tailored to experienced UX & Product Designers. That’s why we ask for one or both of the following indicators:
- A Linkedin URL or link to CV showing that you have held a senior or above position for over 12 months OR
- A CV hosted online that demonstrates 5+ years of experience in the field.
Read our Code of Conduct

If unused, invitations expire after one week and will be offered to the next person on the waitlist.

Within 14 days of the event, refunds will only be accepted in exceptional circumstances, like personal health issues or bereavement. Depending on the circumstances, we may ask for documentation.
In case the event has to be rescheduled, tickets will be valid for the new date, and ticketholders will have the option of a full refund.
In case the event is cancelled, or government limitations don’t allow it to take place as intended, tickets will be automatically refunded.
Refund processing times are subject to our ticket provider.

Yes. You can apply solo or with another person on the same application. If you apply with someone else, we consider you jointly for invitations.
Your invitation is valid for one week. After that, it expires and your place will be given to the next person on the waitlist.
Even onceticket quotas are full, we continue to add approved applicants to the waitlist. Invitations expire after one week, and unused invitations will be extended to the next person on the waitlist.
The waitlist has no prioritisation, and invitations are approved on a first come, first served basis.
HATCH is designed to be relevant for experts in our field. If you heard back from us but didn’t receive an invitation, that means that the conference is intended for people with different professional experience. However, if you believe we’ve made a mistake, you can reply to our email and let us know.
We do offer discounts in some circumstances for people whose professional experience is a match but who have financial limitations, such as refugees.
