He has been collaborating with small and big companies enabling them to become more innovative, customer centric and to shape processes for better and bigger outcomes.
He spent a big part of his professional life at the most influential design firm IDEO in California and Europe. He led programs for large tech companies like Amazon, Microsoft and Cisco, as well as honing his expertise collaborating with startups during early stages of the product development.
Marcus is listed on two patents, ironically one owned by Apple and one owned by Microsoft.
